Pigs in space

Every time we go into St. Cloud, Martin wants to know if we can go to Space Aliens Grill & Bar.  This space-themed restaurant has pretty good food, serves multiple sauces with every meal (Marty's favorite), is loaded with kids and families (my favorite because then you're unlikely to be the loudest family in the joint), and has a game room (Martin's favorite).  This weekend, all the stars aligned and we were in St. Cloud, around a meal time, and the parking lot at Space Aliens wasn't jam packed.

We ordered our food then went straight to the game room.  Marty tried to show Martin how to use the ball game, but couldn't get the tokens to go in properly.  Then, he showed him how to smack the machine with your hand to try to get it to function.  Next, he showed him how smacking games can really pay off when the coin return slot shoots out a handful of tokens.  Jackpot.

Sophie is still too small to really play any games, but she did like the spaceship.

Between Marty's token jackpot, Martin's skills at a variety of games, and my knack for getting a coin to roll down a track and into a bucket - we won boatloads of tickets.

Martin redeemed his ticket pile and selected a multi-pack of little plastic cars for himself and a straw for Sophie.  Very giving, I know.
