Me: For what?
Sophie: Actually, for this terrible injury.
Me: You mean that bug bite?
Sophie: Yes.
Me: No.
Sophie: BAND-AID!
Me: Here's a bag of band-aids just for you and Martin. Use these whenever you want just make sure the wrappers go in the garbage can. If you have actual blood gushing out of your injury, come to me.

Martin: Mom, what rhymes with kitchen?
Me: Bit... Oh nothing I guess.
Sophie: Can I have a band-aid?

My girl is the same way about BandAids - You DON'T NEED it! It's NOT bleeding. But it makes them feel better so we have about a million on hand.
