Signs of Summer: Food edition, v.2

If these entries were to tell the whole story, you'd think I've been doing nothing other than cooking.  Rest assured, this is pretty much sums up all the foods we've made lately.  Not that meals consisting entirely of sugar would reassure you of anything.  A few photo and recipe updates to note:

I made another batch of the Cloved Fruit Salad for a party we had last week.  Although the flavors are good year round, this is my favorite time of year to make it because the fruits are both delicious and readily available.

A repeat request, we made another batch of Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Quick Melty Ganache.  They were tasty, but a bit more muffin-like than I'd remembered.  Still good, we'll definitely make them again.

A new recipe for us, we made the two batches of homemade ice cream this summer.  They didn't even last a day.

And that's how wonderful life is while sugar is in the world.
