Dude, it's December: Day 10

This year, I finally found a cure to my fear of baking in a cookbook titled Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World.  I've made so many cupcakes this year that I've lost count.  So many cupcakes, that when I skipped two weeks of baking, I lost five pounds.  I don't plan to turn into a holiday baker, but will probably make a few more batches of cupcakes and mini-cupcakes to cure our sweet tooth this season.  First up on the list - Chocolate Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting topped with chopped candy canes.  All non-dairy, and already gone.
