Pomander 08
I have not yet been able to fully hand off Pomander responsibilities to the kids, but for the first time, we all sat down together and made them. Each has a different look, reflective of the person who made it.
Sophie's has just a few cloves, placed wherever she wanted them to go. No pattern, no plan, and perfectly happy with the results. Except in this picture she doesn't look too happy, but that's only because according to her, holding the pomander was BORING.

Mine was neat and orderly, same pattern every year.

And Martin's - part eye, part insect, part freeform filling in. He wrapped it in tinfoil, taped a straw to the outside and presented it to his class as a gift.

What a fantastic photo!
