A great big behind, and I don't just mean the one you see when I walk in front of you.

For quite awhile now I've felt bad that I have not yet posted entries about some significant events around our house.  I've had a list going for a long time of entries that I want to add, and keep thinking that I just need a few extra minutes to put together those larger entries.  And before I knew it, months and months have passed.  I'm gearing myself up for a series of flashback entries that will include: Sevda's visit from last summer, the time that Marty rented a bobcat to move dirt right before we hosted an event at our house, my birthday (last September), Christmas caroling, Christmas tree cutting, Christmas, and snowshoeing.  And then I'm hoping that I can also cover some more recent events - like more sledding behind the Ranger and taking the kids to see the elimination show The World's Toughest Cowboy.

Obviously I'm not going to get all of this done this morning before work, so in the meantime, please enjoy my two little rodeo fans:

Martin was enthralled with the events and the drama of the two cowboys who were eliminated from the competition and had to hang up their jerseys.  And Sophie really loved the cotton candy, popcorn, hot dog, chips, pop, and water.
